Today delivered the 1st Free Talk on 'Mental Health First-Aid' at Unity Degree College, Lucknow, as part of the Mental Health Awareness Campaign by Psyuni Trust. Very interactive group more than 200 participants including students and faculty.

Campaign continues
Today Mental Health Awareness campaign of #PsyuniTrust reached to the rural girls.

Another free talk delivered on 'Mental Health First Aid' at SD Memorial Girls College, Mohanlal Ganj, Lucknow. More than 150 young girls participated and they are the torch bearer of Mental Health awareness.

Campaign Continues
Today #PsyuniTrust was at Neta Ji Shubhash Girls PG College, Aliganj, Lucknow to talk about 'Mental Health First Aid' as part of its Mental Health Awareness Campaign. More than 500 female students and faculty attended. Very interactive and engaging participants. I am sure we are in the right direction to fight against stigma towards mental health.
